• 3–5+ years of hands-on field experience in landscaping, lawn care, or related outdoor construction/maintenance work.
  
• Strong ability to think independently while thriving in a tight-knit team environment. Our crews function as a coordinated unit — you’ll need to keep aware of what teammates are doing and jump in to support any task as needed.
  
• Proven experience operating a wide variety of equipment and power tools — this is required.
  
• Valid, active Driver’s License with the ability to safely drive heavy trucks and trailers with payload — this is a must.
  
• Clean driving record preferred.
  
• Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, physically fit, and take pride in creating beautiful, lasting outdoor spaces. Experience with plants, hardscaping, (pavestone / retaining walls) or pest management is a big plus.
